ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. That includes processing, production, and delivery. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free across Canada and the United States. No minimum order. No codes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders may take longer depending on your country and customs processing. Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

I didn't receive a tracking number. What do I do?

Check your spam folder first — it ends up there more than you'd think. If it's not there, send us an email or DM on Instagram with your order number and we'll get it to you within 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can make changes or cancel it. Reach out as soon as possible. Once production has started, we can't make modifications. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

What's the quality like?

Everything we make is heavyweight, premium quality. Our hoodies and sweats are thick, oversized-fit fleece built to last. This isn't fast fashion. When you hold it in your hands, you'll feel the difference.

How do your pieces fit?

Our pieces are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. If you want that true streetwear oversized drape, go with your normal size or size up.

We recommend checking our Size Guide for exact measurements before ordering.

Will the prints crack or fade?

We use high-quality printing methods designed to hold up wash after wash. To keep your pieces looking fresh as long as possible, we recommend washing inside out on cold and hanging to dry. Avoid the dryer when you can — heat is the enemy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is covered by you. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely. Same process as a return — reach out, ship it back, and we'll send the new size. You cover return shipping, but we'll ship the new size to you for free.

What if my order arrives damaged?

That's on us. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll replace it or fully refund it at no cost to you. Shipping included.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you offer customization?

Yes. We offer customization on select pieces. You can personalize your order to make it truly yours. Details on what's customizable are listed on each product page where the option is available.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders require additional production time. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. Every piece is made individually, so we ask for a little patience.

Can I return a custom order?

No. Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or design before ordering — reach out first. We'd rather help you get it right upfront.

What does Sinners Still Pray mean?

It means exactly what it says. We're not perfect. We've made mistakes. But we still believe in something. This brand is for anyone who feels caught between who they are and who they want to be — and isn't done trying.

It's not a religion. It's not a movement. It's a truth.

Is this a religious brand?

No. We use religious symbolism because it represents the emotional tension between sin and faith — but we're not preaching, converting, or selling religion. This brand is about raw honesty, not church. If it speaks to you, it's for you. Regardless of what you believe.
