This website is operated by Sinners Still Pray. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Sinners Still Pray. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because our designs are viewed on different screens and devices, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will exactly match the physical product.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product information or pricing.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in a secure, PCI-compliant environment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard orders are delivered within 7–12 business days. Custom orders require 14–21 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

Once your order has shipped, risk of loss and title for the items transfer to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Custom orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any personalized or customized products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace or fully refund the item at no cost to you.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are made specifically to your specifications. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before confirming your custom order.

Production timelines for custom orders are estimates. While we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur. We will communicate with you if there are any significant changes to your expected delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and brand elements, is the property of Sinners Still Pray and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or use any of our content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

This includes our designs, brand name, taglines, and any imagery associated with the brand. If you see anyone using our designs or content without authorization, we'd appreciate you letting us know.
