We don't rush what matters.

Every order is handled with care. No mass production warehouses. No cutting corners. When you order from Sinners Still Pray, your piece is prepared, packed, and shipped with intention.

STANDARD ORDERS

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. That includes processing, production, and delivery to your door.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it the entire way.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We offer customization on select pieces — because your story is yours, and your clothing should reflect that.

Custom orders require additional time for production. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. Every custom piece is made individually to match your specifications, so we ask for a little patience. It's worth the wait.

Custom orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges on personalized pieces. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Reach out to us.

DELAYS

While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays can happen due to high demand during drops, customs processing for international orders, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll take care of you.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right — replace it, reship it, or refund it. No runaround.
