Before you choose your journal.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–8 days but due to new tariffs it can take up to 11 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. During periods of high order volume, carrier delays or warehouse adjustments, delivery may take a little longer. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your package ships.
Why is part of my order missing or arriving separately?
We work with different warehouses to maintain availability and competitive pricing. If your order contains several products, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking information for each available shipment, so a missing item may simply still be on its way.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, the product must remain unopened, unused and in its original packaging, as opened journaling kits cannot be resold. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions.
Do I need to be artistic to start journaling?
Not at all. There are no rules and nothing has to look perfect. The coordinated papers, stickers and decorative pieces make it easy to layer a page that feels personal—even if you’ve never considered yourself creative.
What if I don’t know what to write?
You don’t need to begin with a full page of writing. Start with a photograph, a sticker, a favorite quote, a memory or one sentence about your day. Sometimes arranging the page helps the words come naturally.
What if I don’t have enough time?
Journaling doesn’t need to become another demanding routine. You can create something meaningful in five or ten quiet minutes, then return whenever you feel like it. There is no schedule to follow and no falling behind.
What if my pages don’t look good?
Your journal is not a performance, and it doesn’t need to look like something from social media. The pieces inside each kit are already designed to work beautifully together, making it easier to create a cohesive page without overthinking every choice.
What if I’ve tried journaling before and couldn’t stick with it?
